Your instructor: Carole Palfreman
Carole is a French native from Le Havre in Normandy. Having previously lived in Switzerland and Germany, she now lives in the UK, north of Manchester. She obtained her PGCE (Post Graduate Certificate in Education) at Southampton University in 2000. She has been teaching French since 1999. She has helped hundreds of students ranging from primary years, GCSE, A-level through to adult students to improve their French and become confident in their use of the language. She was lucky enough to start learning English at the age of eight and she understands the difficulties students face when learning a foreign language.

You have access to the resources and the Facebook group as long as you are paying your monthly membership fee.
Once your membership expires (ends), you will no longer have access to the resources and the Facebook group.
The LFO Club is a a subscription, which means you are a charge each month until you cancel. Until you cancel, you will be charged £47 each month. But you can cancel anytime – it’s easy! Just click on your account icon (top, right corner) and then click Manage Subscriptions. You can cancel your membership there. You will still have access to the lessons until the end of your current 30-day subscription period, or, for our yearly plan, until the end of your 12 months.
If you have a monthly membership, you can cancel at any time and still access the LFO Club until your current membership period expires. Simply click here giving a reason for your cancellation and feedback about your experience.
If you have purchased an annual membership, you will have a 14-day cooling off period where you can cancel to receive a full refund. After this time, it will not be possible to cancel. Simply contact us giving a reason for your cancellation and feedback about your experience.
